Use of the Service

Eligibility and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Stacker. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• Account Registration: To use Stacker, you must create an account using GitHub OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Pricing and Payments

• Annual Plan: Stacker offers a single annual subscription plan ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you gain access to all features and functionalities for one year from the subscription date.

• Payments and Refunds:

  • Payment: The Subscription fee is billed annually and processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your payment information.
  • Refund Policy: If unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your Subscription. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds will be processed without questions.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

• You agree to use Stacker in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and will not:
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Violate or infringe on the rights of others.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Data Usage

• You are responsible for the data you provide and ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

Service Limits and Feedback

• Service Limits: Stacker may impose limits on certain features and aspects of the service. These limits are subject to change at our discretion, with significant changes notified to you.

• Feedback and Suggestions: You may submit comments or ideas about the Service ("Ideas"). By submitting Ideas, you agree that your disclosure is unsolicited and without restriction. We are free to use the Idea without compensation to you and disclose it on a non-confidential basis.
